If you need support for your mental health there are a number of resources available to staff.
You can find NHS talking therapies for anxiety and depression that you can refer yourself to – no diagnosis needed.
You can contact the Samaritans for free 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 116 123. Shout provides a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service. To start a conversation, text the word ‘Shout’ to 85258.
