We now deliver all of our work under one brand, We Can Talk, so this page lives within this site rather than as a separate one. You’re in the right place — here’s what we do and how it connects.
People Unlimited is a workforce training and co-production consultancy. Our approach is built on one principle: meaningful co-design and co-delivery, at every scale. We’ve worked on hyper-localised projects for specific communities and identities, through to national workforce transformation programmes, and everything in between.
We don’t just write a training spec and hand it off. Our in-house team covers the full production pipeline — scripting, adapting existing frameworks, video production (pre- and post-), trainer guides, and delivery materials for in-person, hybrid or online formats. We can build a new education framework from scratch or work within an existing one as part of a co-design and engagement process, ensuring the framework translates into real-world action for the people who deliver and receive it.
Where teams already exist, we can train the trainers — delivering on-site or online sessions so your own training teams can carry the work forward.
Because production sits in-house, projects stay on time and meet the standard we expect, without the delays or quality risks that come from subcontracting key elements. We also build in pre- and post-training evaluation from the start, so impact is understood early, and the final product can be adjusted before it’s finished — not after.
