The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and We Can Talk have partnered to make mental health training available across the organisation.
More than 11,000 staff, students and volunteers at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust — the largest employer in Wolverhampton and one of the largest acute and community providers in the West Midlands, based at New Cross Hospital — can now access the one-hour, all-age course designed to build confidence in supporting patients who attend hospital in a mental health crisis.

About We Can Talk
We Can Talk is a one-hour, self-directed mental health training course, created with people who have lived experience of attending hospital in a mental health crisis. It gives every member of hospital staff — clinical and non-clinical — the knowledge, skills and confidence to support patients in mental health crisis, building on the expertise they already have.
